It was with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our faithful friend, Sr Mary Theresa of the Mercy Convent, Kinsale, in her 100th year.
Sr Mary Theresa was a much-loved member of the community and a devoted supporter of the Lourdes pilgrimage over many years. On 1 June, members of our Lourdes family had the privilege of forming a guard of honour as she made her final journey from the Parish Church in Kinsale.
We give thanks for her long life of faith, service, and friendship, and we commend her soul to the loving mercy of God. May she rest in peace.
